What personal data do we process?

Lindberg International ApS and Lindberg Netværk ApS process personal data for a variety of purposes relating to our activities. From our members, current and prospective customers we may collect, process, and use the following personal details for our services:

From our employees and job applicants we may collect, process, and use the following personal details for administration purposes:

  • Your contact details (including email address, telephone number)
  • Your curriculum vitae
  • Your CPR number (NB: Current employees only for payment of salaries)

Lindberg International ApS and Lindberg Netværk ApS endeavour to facilitate the most comprehensive networking experience possible and accordingly works with sponsors and partners to expand networking opportunities such as offering platforms to:

  • Access and share photos of event attendees on a third-party platform
  • Participate and contribute to surveys and discussions through third-party platforms
  • Provide you with relevant and related marketing messages and special offers
  • Lindberg International ApS and Lindberg Netværk ApS event attendees benefit from these services as part of our contractual service agreement upon registration

 

Content services

Lindberg International ApS and Lindberg Netværk ApS provide a wide array of content-driven services like e.g. webinars which allow the users to gain new knowledge and insights on a wide variety of topics.

 

Who do we share your personal data with?

In order to deliver our services, we may sometimes partner with third-parties in order to deliver the best experience possible for you. These partners are contractually bound with us in order to ensure that your personal data benefit from the same levels of protection as they have when handled directly by Lindberg International ApS and Lindberg Netværk ApS.

 

Currently, our partners include:

  • HubSpot: HubSpot is a marketing automation software, selected to be our partner when communicating with current and prospective customers through our marketing channels. HubSpot tracks the user’s activities on Lindberg International ApS and Lindberg Netværk ApS domains.
  • Qualtrics: Qualtrics is a survey software that we exclusively use per project basis. The software is being used to collect and analyse responses from surveys being sent out to clients, prospective clients and selected contact lists provided by a client in order for Lindberg International ApS and Lindberg Netværk ApS to provide a market research study. All contact lists are handled by utmost discretion and will be deleted after the ending of a client project.
  • Podio: Podio is a project management tool used internally by Lindberg International ApS and Lindberg Netværk ApS employees. This tool provides employees with a way of coordinating the internal projects and delegating resources such as computers. Podio is also the primary recruitment tool used for prospective employees sending in their job applications, and is subsequently being processed in Podio.
  • Office 365: Office365 owned by Microsoft is our partner delivering our business suite of tools used by our staff to communicate and deliver our core services. Lindberg International ApS and Lindberg Netværk ApS attribute Office 365 licenses to trusted employees.
  • e-conomic: e-conomic is an accounting tool that is being used by Lindberg International ApS and Lindberg Netværk ApS to handle book keeping including payments. Data protection in e-conomic is strictly enforced by Lindberg International ApS and Lindberg Netværk ApS.
  • Bluegarden: Bluegarden handles payment of salaries for employees at Lindberg International ApS and Lindberg Netværk ApS.
  • Go To Webinar / Go To Meeting: Both services are used for handling meetings and webinars with clients as well as prospective clients of Lindberg International ApS and Lindberg Netværk ApS.

 

For how long do we retain the data?

In accordance with the GDPR, Lindberg International ApS and Lindberg Netværk ApS retain your personal details for as long as is necessary for the initial purpose for which it was collected. As a result, depending on the service you use we may retain your data for differing periods of time. Nonetheless, as an indication:

  • We retain your personal details collected with consent for our marketing communications until a person opts out which can be done at any time.
  • We retain your personal details collected in the context of our membership services for the duration of the membership contract and a further period for 1years for historical archiving purposes.
  • We retain your personal details for transaction purposes for a period of 5 years in accordance with Danish laws applying to financial records.
  • If you are a job applicant, we retain your personal details for 1 year after you have given us explicit and written consent.
